We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, it has not been used or worn, its product tags have not been removed, and the product must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept products that are sent back to us without a return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Some products cannot be returned. These include perishable products (such as food, flowers and plants), customised products (such as special orders or personalised products) and hygiene products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

Unfortunately, promotional products or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and purchase a new product once the return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Unless otherwise stated in the above terms and conditions, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been worn or worn, has not had any product tags removed, and is in its original packaging. Refunds
You will receive a notification from us when the return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know whether we accept the refund. If the refund is accepted, your money will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and deposit it into your account.
